Warranty procedure1. For optimal warranty, first register your Vibringe through the warranty registration button 2. Check if your warranty has expired (12 months after purchase date) 3. Check the troubleshooting list to analyze the exact problem 4. If problem still exists and you still have warranty, contact your local authorized dealer 5. Your local authorized dealer will double check your problem and warranty period 6. If warranty is accepted by your local authorized dealer, a pick up will be arranged by your local authorized dealer for the following items; a.Vibringe Handpiece b.Vibringe Cradle c.Vibringe Wall adapter d.Vibringe original box e.Copy original invoice Please make sure all above items are included, otherwise your warranty cannot be processed. 7. Pick up (these expenses are not covered by Vibringe) 8. Local authorized dealer checks the completeness of items 9. Local authorized dealer will complete internal warranty registration form through dealer login on our website 10. Local authorized dealer will keep you informed on status of your warranty claim |
